The photo of the Matterhorn was a morning I will never forget. I was 3,000 metres above sea level without a soul around. There was no wind at all and to see the sunlight kiss the top of the Matterhorn was an "almost" spiritual experience. I had waited 5 days for the weather to clear to get this shot but witnessing this sunrise made it all worthwhile.
For the last 10 years I have been running tours in Iceland which is just the most amazing and diverse country for photographers. It is a privilege to guide people around such a stunning photographer's paradise.
I fell in love with Iceland and it's people immediately and am so thankful to have travelled there over 50 times.
One of my favourite places to shoot and run workshops is the Jurassic coast in Dorset, England. I run many workshops there so if you would like to join me please use the contact page. Whether it's for the local knowledge, learning how to get the best from your DSLR or learning how to use filters correctly. A full set of NiSi filters will be available for you to try.
